We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver a quality dining experience for our loyal locals and visitors alike. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations Leading and mentoring the team to ensure consistency and quality Contributing to menu development and specials Managing stock, ordering, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen Passion for producing high-quality pub meals Strong leadership and communication skills Why work with us?
